We started construction on the Wainhomes site in 2011, the contract was to provide roads, sewers and foundations for the houses throughout the site. The site included:-

  • 150mm foul sewers
  • 150/600mm surface water sewers
  • 250m2 road
  • Foundations up to slab for 9 houses
  • External works for the plots
